Ghost Kitchen Bangladesh (GKB), Bangladesh’s first internet restaurant marketplace, has inked a deal with Holy Fries, a restaurant based in the city at their corporate head office in Shanta Western Tower, Tejgaon.
The two entities have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday.
Under this agreement, Holy Fries, as a GKB Brand Partner will be able to scale their operations throughout Dhaka by utilizing the cloud kitchen network of Ghost Kitchen Bangladesh.
Ashraful Hoque Chayon, Operations Director, and Mohaiminul Islam Shuvo, Founder of Holy Fries signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
Operations Director of Ghost Kitchen Bangladesh, Ashraful Hoque Chayon said,
“In just 3 months of operations, we have managed to build 3 global-standard cloud kitchens in Dhaka and 5 more will be added to our network shortly. Through our network of kitchens and advanced technology, we want to drive impact by empowering hundreds of SMEs or young food entrepreneurs, who can join our network and expand their presence throughout the country and beyond.”
Among other officials, Chowdhury Munir Uddin Mahfuz, Chairman and Syed Quamruzzaman, Group CEO of Amader Group, Md Moinul Islam Khan, General Manager of Ghost Kitchen Bangladesh were present in the ceremony.
As of August 2021, Ghost Kitchen Bangladesh is no longer working with Holy Fries under this MoU.
